The interior and exterior of the renovations and addition were completed in 2020 with the interior of the new conservatory kitchen finishing in 2020 and hardscaping in 2023, including new bluestone entry path made from salvaged stone onsite, new rear patio, and blustone cladding of two smaller front porches.
